Ander Wilson

Ander Wilson is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Nutrition Therapist. She works with clients to create healthy, meaningful lives, without chasing diets and weight loss. Ander’s approach includes Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES).


Ander holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Food Systems from Lipscomb University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Winthrop University, and completed her postgraduate dietetics training with Lipscomb University. Her past training and experience includes work in clinical dietetics, eating disorder treatment in a behavioral health treatment center, nutrition programming consultant, and adjunct professor at Lipscomb University.


Ander specializes in eating disorders and women’s health, and has a special interest in helping women manage PCOS, body image challenges, and pregnancy and postpartum nutrition. She approaches nutrition therapy with a client-centered, collaborative focus. She operates from the understanding that you are the expert of your body, and seeks to honor your wisdom, knowledge, and experience, while making herself available as a resource and guide.

In addition to her work as a nutrition therapist, Ander enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, and making last minute plans with friends.


Jenn Fleischer


Jenn Fleischer is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Nutrition Therapist, Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and nationally recognized public speaker. Jenn is known for her transformative behavior change work and non-diet approach to diabetes management.


In one-on-one nutrition therapy, Jenn helps clients move from wanting change to empowered action that leads to lifelong healthy habits. Her process considers the whole person and focuses on the importance of education, development of self-care skills and introspective awareness.

Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Middle Tennessee State University, a Masters of Science degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from Lipscomb University, and completed her postgraduate dietetics training with Lipscomb University. Additionally, she has completed advanced training in Health At Every Size (HAES), Intuitive Eating, medical applications for plant-based nutrition, and diabetes education at the Joslin Diabetes Center. 

Along with her education and professional experience, Jenn has lived with type 1 diabetes and food allergies for over 25 years and has a vast pool of personal experiences to draw upon to inspire, educate, and empower clients and audiences.

When she isn’t working you can find her running trails, swinging kettlebells, leading a 5-minute dance party or getting creative in the kitchen. Jenn lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and young son.

Laureé Slingerland


Lauree’ Slingerland is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Nutrition Therapist, and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). Her work is driven by a commitment to serve people living with diabetes, and helping them discover lifelong, sustainable strategies that support their health and well-being.


Laureé enjoys working in partnership with clients to expand their definition of health to encompass the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. She is known for going above and beyond to support clients and bringing positive energy to every situation.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics both from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Her work experience includes diabetes medical device training, acute care, long-term care consulting, and dialysis.

Outside of work, Laureé enjoys reading a book week (you’ve never met a more voracious reader!), visiting her family in South Mississippi, experimenting with new workouts on YouTube, and coming up with any reason to get to the beach!

Mollie Perry


Mollie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Science. Her approach focuses on gaining a fundamental and holistic understanding of each individual client and approaching any medical diagnoses within this personal context. Mollie's ultimate goal is to empower clients by supporting them through practical and science-based solutions that genuinely improve their quality of life.


Prior to joining Nashville Nutrition Partners, Mollie co-founded VidaFuel, LLC; the first company solely dedicated to creating foods targeted toward those with Chronic Kidney Disease and renal failure. Mollie is a frequent speaker to various organizations, including the American Association of Kidney Patients (AAKP) and has published articles for nutrition-focused periodicals, including RenalLife magazine.

In addition to her work with Chronic Kidney Disease, Mollie's clinical experience includes women’s reproductive health, polycystic ovary syndrome, binge eating disorder, family feeding, food allergies and behavior change for improved health outcomes.

Mollie belongs to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and serves on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as the Advocacy Chair.

Whitney Pinkston


Whitney Pinkston is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Nutrition Therapist, and Certified Master Gardener. She has a passion for bridging the worlds of gardening and nutrition to help clients discover a more dynamic understanding of food, nutrition, and health.


Whitney came to Nashville Nutrition Partners after spending 7+ years as a Lead Dietitian in the Vanderbilt University Medical Center system. She enjoys working with a broad range of conditions, including digestive disorders, blood pressure, cholesterol concerns, cardiovascular health, and vegetarian and vegan eating.

Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama, where she completed her dietetics training in the Coordinated Program of Dietetics. Her past training and experience include work in public health, long-term care, and clinical dietetics in both the acute rehabilitation and acute care settings.

When not working, Whitney can be found digging in the garden, training for a half marathon, and daydreaming about her next vacation. Whitney lives in Franklin, TN with her husband and children.

Lori Brown, RDN, LDN

Lori is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Nutrition Therapist, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Her passion is helping people discover body and food peace, and she considers herself a radical anti-diet dietitian.


Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University, which is also where she completed her dietetic internship. She is currently enrolled in Plymouth State University where she is pursuing a Master of Education degree in Health Education with a specialty certificate in Eating Disorders.

Lori is the second provider in Middle Tennessee to earn the credential of being a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She works with her clients on body image, recovering from chronic dieting, eating disorders, intuitive eating, food allergies, and gut disorders.

When not working, she can be found hiking, reading fiction, or teaching creative movement. Lori has passed her love of the creative arts and books to both of her daughters, one of whom is a dancer and the other is a musician.

Anna Beth Blevins, MBA

Anna Beth is the Director of First Impressions and Client Care Coordinator at Nashville Nutrition Partners. Communication is the focus of her work, whether that is welcoming patients, conducting insight sessions, or working on marketing materials for the practice.


Anna Beth studied journalism at the University of Missouri where she focused on writing, design, and photography. A minor degree in French and a focus on the arts brought this highly right-brained woman to return to her adopted hometown of Nashville. After working for a PR agency and boutique publishing firm, Anna Beth spent several years in charge of programming and support for international students and families at a local private school. She honed her interpersonal skills in French, Spanish, and all things Southern while working on her MBA in entrepreneurship and is excited to be working at NNP.

Warmth and gratitude are Anna Beth’s approach to the client experience at NNP, and she strives to make everyone who walks through the door feel valued and empowered. An Enneagram 2, Anna Beth is here to help, so let her know what you need!

In and out of the office, Anna Beth is a clothes horse with a passion for fashion that was cultivated during a uniformed existence in middle school. After work, you can find her hunting for treasures in junk stores, spending time with her dogs, and running her own creative consultancy.
