Jenn Fleischer is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Nutrition Therapist, Certified Diabetes Educator, Health & Wellness Coach, and nationally recognized public speaker. Jenn is known for her transformative behavior change work and non-diet approach to diabetes management.

Jenn is particularly passionate about partnering with clients managing type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or nutrition for general health and wellness. In one-on-one nutrition therapy, she helps clients move from wanting change to empowered action that leads to lifelong healthy habits. Her process considers the whole person and focuses on the importance of education, development of self-care skills and introspective awareness.

Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Middle Tennessee State University, a Masters of Science degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from Lipscomb University, and completed her postgraduate dietetics training with Lipscomb University. Additionally, she has completed advanced training in weight-inclusive care, Intuitive Eating, medical applications for plant-based nutrition, and diabetes education at the Joslin Diabetes Center. 

Along with her education and professional experience, Jenn has lived with type 1 diabetes and food allergies for over 25 years and has a vast pool of personal experiences to draw upon to inspire, educate, and empower clients and audiences.

When she isn’t working you can find her running trails, swinging kettlebells, leading a 5-minute dance party or getting creative in the kitchen. Jenn lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and two sons.
