Reeta is deeply rooted in the philosophy that pursuing a healthy life means giving care to both your physical and mental health.


Reeta has a passion for mental health and nutrition. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Rhodes College, Reeta moved back home to Nashville to pursue her postgraduate studies in Dietetics. She completed her Dietetic Internship and Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science from Lipscomb University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Reeta is particularly passionate about partnering with clients managing eating disorders, body image concerns, or PCOS. Her journey into dietetics started from finding a passion for eating disorders during her undergraduate studies. As someone who has PCOS she has personal experience on how women’s health conditions can impact quality of life. She is deeply rooted in the philosophy that pursuing a healthy life means giving care to both your physical and mental health.

Outside of the office you can catch Reeta cooking for her family, playing board games or doing photo shoots with her friends, completing samurai sudoku, or dancing with the Upasana Performing Arts Center which she has been a part of for 12 years.
