We are setting a new standard in nutrition and wellness by transforming the way clinicians practice and the way clients think about and experience their health.
In this 15-minute complimentary session we'll learn more about each other, discuss your goals and how nutrition therapy might be a good fit for you. If you decide nutrition therapy is right for you, we’ll help you get started right away. First we’ll set you up as a new client and schedule your initial nutrition therapy session. You’ll complete a detailed nutrition assessment questionnaire, along with other forms that outline expectations and resources for our time together and between sessions.
In your first few sessions (we call these “assessment sessions”) we’ll review your nutrition assessment and further explore your relationship to food, exercise, self-care, body image, and medical conditions. At the end of each assessment session you’ll identify goals that move you toward authentic health and wellness, and we’ll map out next steps to get you there.
In follow up sessions we’ll check in on your goals, troubleshoot new challenges, and explore new resources, tools, and levels of support as needed. You’ll learn how to experience authentic health and wellness without food restriction or body shame, and embrace body acceptance and food freedom that supports your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
