Private Practice Consulting

Starting and running a private practice is HARD.
We know, and we're here to help.

We want to give you what you need to achieve the goals you have for your business. And do it in a way that helps you feel supported, and maybe even reduces some stress 🀞🏻

We can help you with:

🏠 The Foundation -  getting a business license, picking a name, thinking through how to structure your business. And how to cultivate an engaging culture that you’re both proud of and helps you achieve your financial, strategic, and company goals (yes, even solo practices need to decide on their culture!).

πŸ–₯ Technologies, systems and external teams - what you need when you start is very different to what you need as you scale, and we have spent a lot of time (and money) figuring out what works for us, and we'd love to share it with you

πŸ₯° The client journey - from intake to graduation, we can help you think through what your process will look like, and what paperwork you'll need along the way

πŸ‘πŸ» Billing - both private pay and insurance. We are strong advocates for billing through insurance, and we can teach you how to do it too.  It can seem intimidating, but we have made all the mistakes, and we feel confident we can give you the support and knowledge you need.  We can also share how to help clients with out-of-network insurance, and private pay clients as well!

πŸ“’ Marketing - so now that you've built this thriving business, how do you actually get clients?  We can help you grow and teach you some tricks of the trade that we've learned

πŸ’° Financial modeling - are we accountants?  Very much no.  But do we know how much we are expecting to make and spend 9 months from now?  Yes.  And that allows us to make strategic decisions now to achieve our future goals more easily.

πŸ₯° Creating and supporting a team -from recruiting, onboarding and creating an environment that supports your employees, we've done it all. We've worked in corporate America, actively hated it, and have vowed to do it differently.

✨ And more!  - If there is something you have a question around, and don't see it listed here, please reach out.  We might have just forgotten to add it :)

Paige toussant

Hi!  I'm Paige.  I am a previous NNP client who fell in love with the passion and vision of this amazing company.  I can confidently say that managing our practice is both suuuuper challenging and the most rewarding part of my career so far. From the nitty gritty of billing codes to the oh-so-fun task of moving furniture into a storage unit to modeling our our finances to finding new technology for our team to use, it's all part of what private practice management looks like.  I would love to share some of what I've learned with you.

Before becoming an NNP fangirl, I worked in healthcare strategy consulting, where I focused on creating strategic plans for healthcare organizations across the country. I also worked internally at the consulting firm, serving on the leadership board that set the direction for our $50m practice. I have a dual Master Degrees in Healthcare Administration and Public Health from The Ohio State University.

I have found that consulting can often be an inaccessible service for people, who either can't afford it, don't receive the actual information they need, or might be a little intimidated by it. I am beyond pumped that we are NNP are offering it, because I feel so confident that we can provide helpful, easy to use recommendations that can help improve your business.
