Jesicha combines empathy and experience in the medical billing field in order to support NNP team and clients.

Jesicha Fontana grew up knowing she wanted to help folks with addiction and or mental health struggles, so she studied and got her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Services at Kansas State University.

Jesicha started her career in the mental health field as a Case Manager but after a few years she wanted a change so she transitioned to the billing department, where she stayed for 14 years.

Outside of work if Jesicha has any extra time you will most likely find her nose in a book. She also loves unsweet iced tea, trying restaurants, traveling when possible, true crime, listening to music, and going to watch her favorite sports teams. (She will settle for watching them on TV too.) Jesicha lives in Kansas City, Missouri with her husband, kids, and their dog.
