Kaitlyn partners with clients to achieve their authentic health, taking into account both the external world of nutrition science and also individualsโ€™ internal cues, intuition, and emotional well-being.

Kaitlyn is a Registered Dietitian (RDN) and Nutrition Therapist. She partners with clients to achieve their authentic health, taking into account both the external world of nutrition science and also individualsโ€™ internal cues, intuition, and emotional well-being.

Kaitlyn is particularly passionate about partnering with people as they heal from digestive disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. She works with a diverse array of people, including those with GI conditions such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), people with cancer and cancer survivors, clients looking to improve their heart health, those looking to incorporate more plant-based eating and womenโ€™s health and PCOS. Her approach includes weight-inclusive care and Intuitive Eating principles.

Originally from New York, Kaitlyn first came to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University to earn her Bachelor of Science degree. She attended Lipscomb University to complete her postgraduate studies in dietetics. Kaitlyn comes from a health coaching background, which she incorporates in her work with clients. She also uses her past experience as a personal chef to make flavor and enjoyment a fundamental factor when choosing foods.

Outside of work, you can find Kaitlyn practicing her shoulder stands in yoga class, buying far too much produce at the farmersโ€™ market, relaxing on the sofa with her husband and cat, or making a mess in the kitchen with her latest cooking project.
