Angela Richardson, MS, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified personal trainer who helps clients feel more confident with food and movement. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and weight-inclusive, working with her clients towards health goals while navigating the realities of everyday life.

Angela’s interest in nutrition began in her family’s summer garden, where she discovered an appreciation for fresh food and the joy of sharing it. As a personal trainer, she became curious about how nutrition supports the body—and why nutrition recommendations  so often seemed to conflict. She decided to become a registered dietitian so she could offer more individualized, evidence-based care when clients came to her seeking support navigating their health conditions with nutrition.

Today, Angela draws on her experience in clinical nutrition, diabetes education, and nutrition counseling to give individualized care. She helps people sort through confusing nutrition messages, build useful skills, and find changes they can carry into daily life. Whether a client wants help planning satisfying meals, supporting heart health, managing diabetes, or finding a more peaceful relationship with food, Angela offers a space free from judgment and rigid food rules.

Angela earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Middle Tennessee State University and her Master of Science in Nutrition Science from Lipscomb University, where she also completed her dietetic internship.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys strength training, hiking, and spending time with her family.
