Amanda works with clients on their personal journey to food freedom, joyful movement, and body peace - one bite, step, and day at a time.

Amanda (she/her) is an Eating Disorder Specialist and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 8 years of experience. She practices from a weight inclusive lens and considers her approach to be fat-positive, anti-diet culture, relational and client-centered. Relationships with food, body, movement and health are individual and intersect with a person's lived experience and identity, which Amanda strives to create space for. She believes it is difficult to do this work without acknowledging the many factors that influence our physical, emotional and mental wellness including systems of oppression. She hopes to always be learning and evolving as a clinician, and is committed to anti-oppressive work in her professional and personal life.

She specializes in Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Body Image and supporting those who are looking to leave unnecessarily restrictive dieting behind. She is passionate in supporting clients to feel seen, centered, informed and empowered in their healing around relationship to food, body, movement and health; and hopes to support all her clients to find peace, but always honors their autonomy and is quite simply happy to support them along the way.
